Women are not known to be very friendly to other women who are prettier then themselves. But only in rare cases they go out to disfigure someone.

An Argentinian teenage girl was at the receiving end of two other older women just because she was pretty. They slashed her face and body with a knife just because she was 'too pretty'.

Julia Alvarez, 15, was left disfigured after the incident. The girls wanted to make Julia 'look like Chucky', who is a heavily scarred horror movie character.

Julia was walking home after visiting friends when the pair approached her and started punching her and threw her to the ground. The two girls aged 18 and 16 took out knives and said everyone called her pretty but once they are finished with her she won't look pretty. They told her people would call her Chucky.

The jealous girls slashed her face and body repeatedly, leaving her in blood on the ground. Julia was found by passers-by who called an ambulance. She needed dozens of stitches on her face to put the skin back together. One of the cuts on her back needed 20 stitches.

However, the police initially refused to file a case in the incident that took place in the town of Juan Domingo Peron, in Formosa province of of Argentina.  

Police took action only when Julia's sister Yeni posted her disfigured images on Facebook, which went viral and there were mass protest at the failure of cops to act against the jealous pair.

Yeni says the pair have ruined her sister's life. Julia has become suicidal after the incident as she feels very ugly whenever she looks in the mirror.
